Irritable & Tired to Energetic Mama

My name is Lindsey, and this is my Beneve Story. 

I had been struggling for years with my hormone health, gut health (w/in this last yr), mood swings, and bloating. I was irritable all the time! At the drop of a hat, the mood swings would be hit! 😕 I was miserable, and my loved ones around me were miserable. I overate, snacked all day, and really just ate my feelings.
